CSX interchanges with the East Penn Railway at Wilsmere Yard in Wilmington, Delaware. I model some of their power which are ex SP B30-7's. I painted these myself and had the decals custom made.They also recently acquired the NYS&W GP18's so I modeled 2 of them.
